SLEEP, STRESS & MENTAL HEALTH

We explore the health challenges faced by young adults today, focusing on sleep problems, stress, and mental-health disorders. These issues have emerged as significant concerns that affect the well-being and quality of life of young adults.

The programme is funded by TrygFonden and Lundbeckfonden.
