The Center is uniquely situated in a repurposed old hospital chapel, with a layout designed to encourage interaction and the exchange of ideas. This innovative space brings together researchers from a range of cultures and disciplines, such as epidemiology, data science, computer science, health geography, medicine, and the social sciences.

By creating an environment that fosters emergent interdisciplinary insights, the Center aims to contribute to the development of new approaches for understanding and solving complex problems in public health.
